- We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications or the replacement of the Policy, as applicable. Requesting a Temporary Break or Self-Exclusion
- Thrillzz offers fun, free-to-play social gameplay, that doesn’t require to make purchases in order to enjoy the diverse social gameplay experiences we offer. However, if you wish to take a temporary break from using the Application or permanently terminate your access to the Application, you can do so simply contacting our support team by completing the following form.
- The form will allow you to request a specific time period that will exclude you from accessing the Application, according to your preference. The available time periods are 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days and permanently.
- Once the self-exclusion is requested, it will take effect immediately and you will not be able to access the Application or to receive any marketing communications from us until the chosen time period has passed. In case you choose to be permanently self-excluded, the request is irreversible.
- Subject to Section 14, should you require access to your account information during that period, or wish to redeem your Prize Tickets, you may contact our customer support.
- If at any point you notice that the temporary break or self-exclusion was not applied, or was applied incorrectly, contact our customer support team immediately by emailing support@thrillzz.com.
- IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED FOR BECOMING “INACTIVE” UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE TERMS OF USE AND AT SUCH POINT OF TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT: (I) YOU HAVE SELF-EXCLUDED PERMENANTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY POLICY; AND (II) YOU HAVE IN YOUR ACCOUNT PRIZE TICKETS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN REDEEMED, YOU SHALL HAVE 21 DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED TO REDEEM THE PRIZE TICKETS IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
