  1. Thrillzz Inc. and its affiliates, including Geckos Games Ltd (“Thrillzz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is dedicated to fostering a secure and responsible gameplay environment. Please note that our Services are offered and operated by Thrillzz Inc., using software developed by Geckos Games Ltd.

 

  1. Our primary goal is to ensure that while you enjoy the wide range of gameplay experiences we offer, you remain informed about of the potential risks involved if gameplay is not properly managed. Therefore, Thrillzz’s Responsible Gameplay Policy (“the “Policy”) is designed to support your journey through our services and to help you maintain a balance between enjoyment and responsible play.

  1. This Policy should be read in conjunction with and is complementary to the Terms of Use.

 

  1. All capitalized terms and phrases not otherwise defined or amended in this Policy shall have the meanings given in theTerms of Use.

  1. Please note that, in addition to the self-directed tools available, we may, at our sole discretion, implement additional controls or interventions whenever we deem necessary to protect users’ interest, maintain the integrity of the Services, or uphold responsibility commitments.

Balanced Gameplay Habits

  1. Thrillzz advocates for a mindful approach to gameplay, emphasizing its role as one component of entertainment and leisure. We believe it is imperative that gameplay remains a recreational activity and not a predominant daily focus.

 

  1. To facilitate a mindful approach, Thrillzz encourages you to periodically reflect on your gameplay behavior. You can do so by considering the following questions, and being mindful that affirmative responses to any of them might indicate that you need to examine your gameplay habits:
  • Time Management: Do you often spend more time on gameplay than intended, neglecting work, family, or social obligations?
  • Financial Impact: Have you found yourself spending more than you cannot afford, leading to financial stress or debt?
  • Mood Alteration: Do you turn to gameplay as a way to escape from real-life problems, stress, or depression?
  • Neglect of Other Activities: Has gameplay taken precedence over other hobbies, interests, or daily activities that you once enjoyed?
  • Relationship Strain: Have your relationships with family, friends, or colleagues suffered due to the amount of time or money you spend on gameplay?
  • Inability to Stop or Reduce Gameplay: Have you made unsuccessful attempts to cut down or control your gameplay?
  • Concealment and Lies: Do you hide the extent of your gameplay from others or lie about how much time or money you spend it?
  • Guilt and Regret: Do you feel guilty or remorseful after a gameplay session?
  • Neglect of Self-care: Has your physical or mental health deteriorated due to gameplay, including neglect of personal hygiene, sleep, or eating habits?
  • Withdrawal Symptoms: Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when trying to cut down or stop your gameplay?
  1. If you find that any of your responses to these questions are affirmative, Thrillzz strongly recommends you seek professional guidance and support. We are committed to providing a safe gameplay environment and encourage responsible gameplay practices among all our end-users.

For individuals experiencing challenges or difficulties with their gameplay habits and notice behavioral patterns that indicate a need to take a break from the gameplay which we offer, we recommend seeking help and advice from organizations that can help.

Requesting a Temporary Break or Self-Exclusion

 

  1. Thrillzz offers fun, free-to-play gameplay environment, that doesn’t require to make purchases in order to enjoy the diverse gameplay experiences we offer. However, if you wish to take a temporary break from using our Services or permanently terminate your access to them, you can do so via your Account settings or by simply contacting our support team.

 

  1. Your Account settings will allow you to request a specific time period that will exclude you from accessing our Services, according to your preference. Currently, the available time periods are 7 days, 30 days, and permanently.

 

  1. Once the temporary break or self-exclusion is requested, it will take effect immediately and you will not be able to access the App or to receive any marketing communications from us until the chosen time period has passed. In case you choose to be permanently self-excluded, the request is irreversible.

 

  1. Subject to Section 14, should you require access to your account information during that period, you may contact our customer support.

 

  1. Please note that if your Account has not activity, as detailed in the Terms of Use, we shall deem your Account as “Inactive Account”. Please see Section 6.9 in the Terms of Use to see how we may treat such Accounts.

 

  1. If at any point you notice that the temporary break or self-exclusion was not applied, or was applied incorrectly, contact our customer support team immediately by emailing support@thrillzz.com.

 

 

Safeguarding Against Underage Gameplay

  1. Thrillzz enforces stringent age verification protocols to ensure a safe and appropriate gameplay environment. We strongly advocate for responsible management of devices and accounts in households with underage individuals to prevent access to unsuitable content.

 

  1. Please remember that you are responsible for keeping your account secure and ensuring it is only accessible to you. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from shared or compromised information, and any actions performed using your account will be considered as done by you.
