PREDICTION RULES
Last Revised: November 27th, 2024
In addition to Thrillzz’s Terms of Use and the Official Sweepstakes Rules, these Prediction Rules, including the Specific Sport Rules in Appendix 1 (collectively, the “Prediction Rules”), govern any access to and use of the Services to enter a Contest or Sweepstakes. In these Predication Rules any reference to “Thrillzz”, “us”, “our” or “we” shall refer to Thrillzz Inc. and its affiliates, including Geckos Games Ltd. The Contests and Sweepstakes provided are offered and operated by Thrillzz Inc., using software developed by Geckos Games Ltd. Each unique sport has specific rules, which you should consult to understand the parameters and terms for those games. All capitalized terms and phrases not otherwise defined in these Rules shall have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
Thrillzz customers should make themselves aware of all these Prediction Rules, and especially any Specific Sport Rules affecting any market on which they wish to enter a Contest or Sweepstakes. Reading this information will help you better understand how our Services operate and what rights and expectations you can have with respect to your use of our Services. Of course, if you have any questions, please contact our customer support team by emailing support@thrillzz.com.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to these Prediction Rules at any time, including to ensure the fairness of competition and in response to unanticipated developments such as technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, and changes in applicable law. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Any changes will be incorporated into the Prediction Rules and you should check these Prediction Rules periodically for updates. Use of the Services by you following such modification constitutes your acceptance of the Prediction Rules as modified.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The rules regarding eligibility are set out in the Terms of Use and the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
2. ODDS AND LINES
Entrants will be presented with the applicable odds and lines for their Contest or Sweepstakes at the time they enter the Contest or Sweepstakes. Please be mindful that the odds or lines may change in between the time that a customer initially views them and the time they confirm their entry.
- LIMITS
Thrillzz sets limits on the minimum and maximum number of Thrillzz Coins and Thrillzz Sweeps an entrant can enter in a Contest or Sweepstakes.
Thrillzz reserves the right in its sole discretion to alter these limits at any time on a per entrant or aggregate basis. We will notify entrants of any changes to limits by updating the messaging in the
Services . Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised limits .
4. IN-PLAY ENTRIES
If a market is not scheduled to be turned on for in-play entries, but Thrillzz fails to suspend the market at the relevant time, then:
- if the event has a scheduled ‘off’ time, all entries submitted after that scheduled off time will be void; and
- if the event does not have a scheduled ‘off’ time, Thrillzz will use its reasonable efforts to ascertain the time of the actual ‘off’ and all entries submitted after the time of the ‘off’ determined by Thrillzz will be void.
Thrillzz aims to use its reasonable efforts to suspend in-play markets at the start of and at the end of the event. However, Thrillzz does not guarantee that such markets will be suspended at the relevant time.
Thrillzz reserves the right at its absolute discretion to part-suspend or fully suspend outcomes/selections in a market that has been turned in-play.
Thrillzz entrants are responsible for managing their in-play entries at all times.
For the purposes of in-play entries, entrants should be aware that transmissions described as “live” by some broadcasters may be delayed or pre-recorded. The extent of any delay may vary depending on the set-up through which they are receiving pictures or data. Please also be aware that, for operational reasons, entry requests made in-play may take slightly longer to process.
If Thrillzz accepts an entry on a market for which the outcome has already been determined, then that entry shall be deemed void (and no winnings shall be payable in respect of it) regardless of the entry being a win, lose or push.
Thrillzz cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of live scores, time remaining, and the status of games displayed on the Services in connection with live entries, which may come from third parties not controlled by Thrillzz. We accept no liability for the incorrect display of this information. If you rely on this data to submit entries, you do so entirely at your own risk.
5. RESULTS AND ENTRY SETTLEMENT
5.1. General
Where the Specific Sports Rules do not specify how and on what basis a market will be settled, markets will be settled on the official result of the relevant governing body regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.
If no official result of a relevant governing body is available, the result will be determined by Thrillzz (acting reasonably) using information from independent sources. In such cases, if any new information comes into the public domain within 48 hours of settlement, then Thrillzz shall (acting reasonably) determine either:
- whether the market should be reinstated or resettled considering this new information; or
- whether or not to wait for further information before deciding whether to reinstate or resettle the market. Except where Thrillzz has announced that it is waiting for further information, any information that comes into the public domain more than 48 hours after a market has been settled shall not be considered by Thrillzz (regardless of whether such information may have led to a different result).
In the event of any uncertainty about any result or potential result, Thrillzz reserves the right to suspend settlement of any market for an unlimited period until the uncertainty can be resolved to the reasonable satisfaction of Thrillzz. Thrillzz reserves the right to void any market if the uncertainty regarding settlement cannot be resolved to Thrillzz’s reasonable satisfaction.
In the event of a withdrawal of a selection after the start of an event due to such selection testing positive for a virus or other disease, all entries submitted selecting that selection shall be void.
All-In Entries – “All-in” means that regardless of whether a particular competitor or team or member of a team starts or completes the event on which an entry is submitted, all entries stand, and no refunds will be payable.
Weekly/Daily Specials – All relevant games must be played to a natural completion for entries to stand. In the event one or more game(s) are postponed and/or have a venue change, all entries submitted for the relevant market will be refunded.
Player markets – Additional to the rules above, all listed players must be active for entries to stand. If one or more player(s) listed do not play, all entries will be refunded.
5.2. Resettlements
Markets are generally settled shortly after the end of the event in question. Thrillzz may settle (or part-settle) some markets before the official result is declared purely as a customer service benefit. However, Thrillzz reserves the right to amend the settlement of the market if:
- the official result is different to the result on which Thrillzz initially settled the market; or
- if the whole market is eventually voided (e.g., for an abandoned event).
Thrillzz reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a market if a market is settled in error (e.g., a human or technical error).
If Thrillzz resettles a market, this may lead to amendments being made to a entrant’s balance and/or the deduction of funds from a entrant’s Account to reflect changes in entry settlement.
Thrillzz will settle markets on the basis that it obtains the relevant information once the outcome has been determined. If this information is not obtained, or if there is an obvious error in the information, the settlement of the entry will be based on other public information/official sources at the reasonable discretion of Thrillzz.
5.3. Non-Runners
Unless otherwise stated, entries are accepted on a “non-runner, no entry” basis. This means that stakes will be refunded on a player, team, or other competitor that is withdrawn prior to the start of an event. If you have submitted an entry on a sporting event run on a “non-runner, no entry” basis and a player, team or other competitor (on which you did not submit your entry) is withdrawn, suspended or disqualified from that event, we may apply relevant deductions to your winnings (based on the price of the player, team or other competitor that is withdrawn referenced in the table below).
Where specified, certain markets will be offered on an “all-in compete or not” basis. This means that, if a player, team, or other competitor is withdrawn from an event (whether he, she, or it pulls out of the event, is suspended or disqualified from it, or otherwise) before he, she or it has taken part in the event, then any entry submitted on that player, team, or competitor (as applicable) will be deemed a losing entry.
If an event is specified as “fixed draw” and a team, player or other competitor is withdrawn, suspended, or disqualified from that event, we reserve the right to settle any entries on the subsequent prices once the market has been revised without the withdrawn team/player.
If a player, team, or other competitor has taken any part in a sporting event once it has officially started and then fails to complete that event for any reason, any entry submitted on that player, team, or other competitor will be deemed live (i.e., entries related to that player, team, or other competitor will not be voided).
5.4. Unexpected Events and Other Changes
To the extent there is any inconsistency between the general rules contained in this subsection and the
Specific Sports Rules applying to a specific event, the following general rules will prevail:
If an event or events occur beyond the reasonable control of the Thrillzz such as an epidemic, pandemic, flood, fire, earthquake, element of nature or act of God, act of war, terrorism, riot, rebellion, strike, blockade, labor disruption, or other cause, that materially impact any sporting or other event (or a series of events in a season), which is the subject of a contingency or outcome of a market offered by the Thrillzz, the Thrillzz may, acting in good faith, exercise its discretion to void, cancel, restrict or otherwise alter or adjust the payout (in whole or in part) of the affected entry(ies) related to the relevant market (including, without limitation, retrospectively take any of the actions contemplated once an entry has been submitted and before or after it has been resolved). For the avoidance of doubt, “impact” on any sporting or other event includes, without limitation:
- Any reduction in the number of games or matches in a season;
- Any material change in the length of a game or match or when the matches are played;
⁃A material change to the format or rules of the relevant event(s), series or competitions as determined by the relevant sports body; or
- A change in the location of any match, game, or event.
5.5. Futures Settlement
Some markets have different rules and these are listed in the Specific Sports Rules. However, where a market has no rules in the Specific Sports Rules in relation to how and on what basis a futures market will be settled the following shall apply.
Where a season or tournament is unexpectedly shortened, all futures markets/entries will be settled in accordance with the official ruling of the relevant governing body after the postponement, subject to the below, so long as the ruling is made within 90 days after the scheduled completion date:
- unless the specific market outcome is already determined prior to the interruption of the season (e.g., Team A were prior to the postponement unable to win more than x regular season games, entries on over x games will be settled as a loser and entries on under x wins settled as winners);
- Where the competition format has materially changed after the postponement and any outcome that was prior to the postponement possible is no longer made possible due to the format change (e.g., Team B were mathematically able to make playoffs prior to the postponement however a new playoff format announced after the postponement prevented any opportunity to make playoffs, all entries submitted selecting Team B to make and miss playoffs will be void); and/or
- Where a league/governing body officially suspends a season and rules for recording purposes that all stats are final on the shortened season, futures will be settled in accordance with the official ruling. If deemed completed by the relevant governing body, winners will be settled as so, and remaining selections void unless the specific market outcome is already determined prior to the suspension of the season or stated by the relevant governing body:
- E.g., 2024/25 NFL Regular season points: Detroit Lions Over/Under 10 win settled as Under 10 as the winning selection. Result fully determined prior to season suspension (Detroit Lion on 5 wins prior to suspension. Only 2 wins on offer if season was to resume thus result fully determined as Under 10).
- E.g., 2024/25 NFL Regular season points: Green Bay Packers Over/Under 8 wins. Boston Bruins had recorded 7 wins prior to season suspension with 3 games remaining. Result undetermined if season wasn’t to resume and thus voided.
- E.g., 2024/25 Rocket Richard Trophy. McDavid/Crosby settled as winners and all other selections settled as losers. Both players leading prior to season suspension and ruled as winners and deemed completed as per governing body.
Entries related to markets that don’t reach completion before the interruption but have already been unconditionally determined will be settled as such (e.g., if a team is mathematically eliminated from playoffs prior to the interruption then entries submitted selecting them to miss the playoffs are winners whereas entries related to them to make the playoffs or win the championship are losers).
If the ruling governing body announces within 90 days of the original scheduled completion date the rescheduling of a tournament or competition all entries related to the original competition will remain active. At the entrant’s request, Thrillzz will void entries made relating to the originally scheduled tournament or competition but only before the start of the rescheduled competition. If no official ruling is made postponing the competition or tournament within 90 days of the original scheduled completion date all entries will be void.
- E.g., Euro 2024 Soccer Tournament was rescheduled to take place in 2025 all entries submitted prior to the postponement remained active unless a entrant contacted us to void the entries prior to the start of the tournament in 2025.
5.6. Abandonments, Cancellations, Postponements, Forfeits
Some markets have different rules, and these are listed in the Specific Sports Rules. However, where a market has no rules in the Specific Sports Rules in relation to an abandonment, cancellation, and/or postponement, the following shall apply.
In relation to any match, fixture, game, individual event, race or similar: If the event is not completed within 48 hours after the scheduled completion date, then all entries relating to markets for this event will be void, except for entries relating to any markets that have been unconditionally determined. All entries relating to an event that is officially deemed a forfeit will be void.
In relation to any tournament, competition, or similar: If the event is not completed within 24 hours following the scheduled completion date of the event, then any markets relating to the event will be settled in accordance with the official ruling of the relevant governing body, providing such a decision is given within 90 days after the scheduled completion date. If no official ruling is announced in this 90-day period, then entries submitted for any market relating to this event will be void, except for entries relating to any markets which have been unconditionally determined. If a market is to be voided but has been part-settled as a courtesy to Thrillzz entrants, then such part-settled entries will be reversed and all entries relating to the market will be void.
If there is no further sporting action in any market that does not contain the selection ‘draw’ or ‘tie’, all entries submitted after this conclusion of action will be voided (e.g., if the game ends in a draw and the two selections that are named in the market are “Team A” and “Team B” without a “Draw” or “Tie” selection – the entry on either Team A or B will be voided).
Thrillzz will decide (acting reasonably) whether a market relates to a match (or similar) or a tournament (or similar). However, by way of example, the following shall apply:
- Major League Soccer Cup = tournament;
- NFL AFC West = tournament;
- NBA Finals = match;
- NBA Championship = tournament.
5.7. Change of Venue
Some markets have different rules and these are listed in the Specific Sports Rules. However, if change of venue is not dealt with in the Specific Sports Rules then the following shall apply:
- For any team sport: If the scheduled venue is changed after an entry is submitted, all entries will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team (or in the case of international matches, only if the venue changes to a venue in a different country).
- For all categories or markets other than team sports: If the scheduled venue is changed after an entry is submitted, all entries will stand.
- If there is a change in the type of scheduled surface (e.g., a lacrosse game switching from grass to astro-turf) after an entry is submitted, all entries will stand.
5.8. Periods of Time
Some markets have different rules and these are listed in the Specific Sports Rules. However, if not dealt with in the Specific Sports Rules then the following shall apply.
If the scheduled duration of an event is changed after an entry is submitted but before the start of the event, then all entries will be void.
Some markets refer to the length of time until an occurrence in the event (e.g., time of first goal). If an event happens in stoppage or injury time after any regular time period then it will be deemed to have occurred at the end of the regular time period (e.g., if a goal is scored in first half stoppage-time in a soccer match it will be deemed to have occurred on 45 minutes).
All entries apply to the relevant full ‘regular time’ period including stoppage time. Any extra time and/or penalty shoot-out is not included.
References within these Prediction Rules to a particular number of ‘days’ shall mean the end of the day local time after the expiration of the specified number of days (e.g., if a rugby match is scheduled for the 1st of December, then the rule that allows the match to be completed within 48 hours after the scheduled completion date would mean that the deadline for completion of that match would be 11:59:59 p.m. on the 4th of December).
5.9. “To Qualify” Markets
Some sports/markets have different rules and these are listed in the Specific Sports Rules. However, if not dealt with in the Specific Sports Rules then the following shall apply.
Any ‘to qualify’ market (e.g., “to reach the final” markets) will be determined by the competitor or team that progresses, whether they take part in the next round or event for which they have qualified. Markets will be settled after the qualifying stage and any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result will not count.
5.10. Dead Heats
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Sports Rules, the dead heat rule applies to entries on a market where there are more winners than expected. In the event of a dead heat, your returns are calculated using the following method:
- Returns = (Original Stake * (Number of Expected Winners/Number of Actual Winners)) * Original Odds.
If a “dead heat” between two selections is declared on any event, half the stake is applied to the selection at full odds and the other half is lost. If more than two “dead heats” are declared, the stake is proportioned accordingly.
If your initial stake was $20 at odds of +200 and your player tied for 9th in the example above your returns are calculated using the following method:
- ($20 * (2/3)) * +200 = $40.
If one or more legs of a parlay is affected by a “dead heat” then the original parlay stake is reduced accordingly (e.g., if one leg of a three-leg parlay is affected by a dead heat with four players tied for one place, the original parlay stake would be divided by four and the returns calculated using the original parlay odds).
5.11. Errors
Thrillzz makes every effort to ensure that it does not make any errors when accepting entries. However, if because of technical or system problems or human error, an entry is accepted that is at odds (which includes handicap provisions or similar) and/or is on terms that are either:
- materially different from those available in the general market at the time the entry was made; or
- clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring at the time the entry was made including, in either case, because the entry was submitted after the start of an event, because the market was not displaying or reflecting in-play status, or because of any other reason, then the Thrillzz reserves the right to either (i) correct any obvious errors by settling winning entries at the ‘correct price,’ as reasonably determined by Thrillzz, or (ii) void any entry submitted where such errors have occurred.
If Thrillzz accepts an entry on a market for which the outcome has already been determined, then that entry shall be deemed void (and no winnings shall be payable in respect of it).
If Thrillzz accepts an entry on a market where the incorrect teams are listed and/or listed in the incorrect order (i.e., Home Team listed as Away) Thrillzz reserves the right to void such entries, regardless of the outcome of the event.
5.12. Miscellaneous
All references to time periods in the Prediction Rules relate to the time zone in which the event takes place (e.g., a reference to the start time of a football game, relates to the local kick-off time).
All information supplied by Thrillzz is done so in good faith. However, Thrillzz cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions in respect of any information, such as the posting of prices, runners, times, scores, results, or general statistics.
Any results or scores of which you may be advised by a Thrillzz employee or agent (e.g., for entries submitted in-play) are provided for guidance purposes only.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy themselves that the selection on which they submit an entry is their intended selection. For example, in the case of a competitor bearing the same name as another individual not competing in the relevant event, the onus is on the entrant to ensure that they know which competitor is being referred to in the relevant market and to ensure that they are submitting an entry on their chosen competitor.
Please be aware that if you submit related or corresponding entries on a combination of Thrillzz’s Services and/or the products of other third parties, it is possible for entries on one product to be voided in accordance with Thrillzz’s Terms of Use, while entries on another product may stand. You should note that Thrillzz will have no liability to you in the event that one or more of your entries on Thrillzz’s products are amended or voided in accordance with Thrillzz’s Terms of Use, even if your other related entries stand (and even if you have specifically relied on entries you have submitted on one product in order to submit related entries on another product).
Thrillzz may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend entry submissions on a market at any time (even if such suspension is earlier than anticipated by the Prediction Rules). In the interests of maintaining integrity and fairness in the markets, Thrillzz may also void certain entries in a market or void a whole market in its entirety.
Thrillzz promotions are available at the discretion of Thrillzz and Thrillzz reserves the right to restrict the availability of a promotion to any person at its absolute discretion.
Thrillzz reserves the right, at our discretion, to perform all reasonable investigations on entrants for the purpose of verifying information about entrants such as source of funds, background history, and creditworthiness.
5.13. Disputes
Any Thrillzz entrant who has any concerns or questions regarding these Prediction Rules or regarding the settlement of any Thrillzz market should contact our customer support team by emailing support@thrillzz.com. Disputes are subject to the terms in the Terms of Use, including the waiver of class action rights and binding arbitration.

- General
Includes NFL and NCAAF.

If a match is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the match at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled match time, all entries will stand on the fixture.
Otherwise, if the match is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled match time, this will be treated as an abandonment and entries submitted for the original fixture will be void, except for those entries relating to markets the outcome of which had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in fixture.
If a match is interrupted for any reason, and is replayed in full, this will be treated as an abandonment and entries submitted for the original fixture will be void, except for those entries relating to markets the outcome of which had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in fixture.
In 2-Way markets Push rules apply unless otherwise stated below. Stakes on single entries are returned, and in multiples/parlays the selection is treated as a non-runner.

Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game. For ‘Player to Record a Defensive Sack’ market, if a player records a defensive sack statistic of 0.5 or greater, then the market outcome will be settlement as ‘yes’. Subsequent amendments do not affect settlement. For Tackles, Assists and other Defensive markets, only defensive plays count (any plays on specials teams do not count) for settlement purposes.

E. Settlement of Winning Entries
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used to settle winning entries. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support settlement of entries.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, entries will be settled based on our own statistics.

If a game is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the game at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled game time, all entries will stand on the fixture.
Otherwise, if the game is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled game time, this will be treated as an abandonment and entries for the original fixture will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined, prior to the initial interruption in fixture.
If a game is interrupted for any reason, and is replayed in full, this will be treated as an abandonment and entries for the original fixture will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined, prior to the initial interruption in fixture.
Markets are based on scheduled 3 x 20-minute periods plus overtime/shootouts unless otherwise stated. If this scheduled format is not played then entries will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

9. MMA
9.1. Introduction
A. General
Entries for postponed fights will stand for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. If either fighter is replaced with another fighter all entries will be void and stakes returned.
Fights where markets are offered before the exact official fight date is known, will be listed on site under the 31st of December, until an official date announcement is made.
Entries for these fights will stand, if the fight takes place in the current year, or within the following calendar year (e.g., entries submitted on a fight listed on site under 31st December 2024, stand if the fight takes place up to and including 31st December 2025); after which point entries will be void and stakes returned. Where a fight is cancelled before an official date is announced entries will be void and stakes returned.
Once such a fight has an official fight date confirmed then entries submitted on the fixture listed under the announced date will be subject to the 30-day rule as normal.
For entry purposes, the fight is deemed to have started when the bell is sounded for the beginning of the 1st round.
If either fighter fails to answer the bell for the next round, then his opponent will be deemed to have won in the previous round.
In the event of a fight being declared a No Contest all entries will be void and stakes returned, except for markets where the outcome has already been determined.
Entries will be settled on the result declared at the end of the fight by the official announcer. Subsequent appeals/amendments do not affect settlement (unless the amendment was made due to human error when announcing the result). If the official announcer does not declare a result at the end of a fight, markets will be settled on the result displayed on the applicable organization’s official site.
B. Settlement of Winning Entries
Statistics provided by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used to settle winning entries. Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support entry settlement.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, entries will be settled based on our own statistics.
9.2. Markets
A. To Win the Fight
In the event of a draw all entries will be void and stakes returned, this includes a fight which ends in a Majority Draw.
All entries will be valid regardless of changes to number of rounds to be fought.
B. Fight Outcome 5-Way/Method of Victory Double Chance
All entries will be valid regardless of changes to the number of rounds to be fought.
C. Total Rounds
If the number of rounds for a fight is changed after this market has been set, then all entries will still be valid unless the new number of rounds result in the quote being higher than the total number of rounds to be fought.
Where a half round is stated then 2 minute 30 seconds of the respective round will define the half to determine under or over.
D. Round/Method and Round Combination
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed then entries for round entries already submitted will be void and stakes returned.
E. When Will Fight End
If for any reason the number of rounds in a fight is changed then entries already submitted will be void and stakes returned.
For entry purposes ‘Fight to Go the Distance’ participant covers the bout being decided by Points or ending in a Draw after the scheduled number of rounds.

For settlement purposes the official designated number of rounds must be fully completed for entries to be settled as Yes.

10. OLYMPICS
10.1. Introduction
A. Match-Ups
Both competitors must compete for entries to stand.
10.2. Markets
If an entrant selects a non-runner, the entry is void. Participants awarded gold, silver and bronze medals at the medal ceremony will be deemed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively for entry purposes. We reserve the right to apply a Rule 4 (D eductions) in the event of a withdrawn participant prior to the start of an event.
11. SOCCER
11.1 Introduction
A. 90 Minutes Play
All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal. Entries for any match that finishes before the completion of 90 minutes play, unless otherwise stated, will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined at the time the game finishes. The market must be fully determined for entries to stand (e.g., First Player to Score or Time of the First Goal) entries will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time the game finishes.
The exceptions to this rule are in relation to friendly matches, where all match markets will be settled based on the actual result when the game finishes (excluding any extra-time), irrespective of whether the full 90 minutes is played.
For matches listed specifically as Youth, for the purpose of reference, “Youth” is a generic term we use for Soccer matches played between teams where the players are aged below 23 years old.
B. Extra-Time In-Play Markets
Entries are settled on the official statistics for the extra-time period. Any goals, or corners or cards that were taken, or scored or shown during regulation time do not count.
For any player related markets, all players who take part in Extra-Time will be considered ‘runners’, except for entries that are void on players where ‘Void if player does not start’ is selected at entry submission.
In the event of Extra-Time starting but not being completed, entries for any Extra-Time market, unless otherwise stated, will be void; except for those entries submitted for markets where the outcome of which has already been determined at the time the game finishes.
C. Matches Postponed, Brought Forward, Abandoned, or Interrupted
An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes unless it is played within 5 days of the original scheduled match time. In which case the entry will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent.
Should any match be played prior to the date or kick-off time denoted, then all entries will stand provided the entry is submitted not later than the revised kick-off time.
Any entries for a match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for entries to stand (e.g., first player to score or time of the first goal entries will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment).
The only exception to the above abandoned match rule, is for all South American club matches where Full-Time Result and Double Chance markets (both pre-game and In-Play) will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment providing the relevant league allows the result to stand.
If a match is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the match at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick off time, all entries will stand on the fixture.
Otherwise, if the match is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick off time, this will be treated as an abandonment and entries for the original fixture will be void, unless the specific market outcome is already determined prior to the initial interruption in fixture.
If a match is interrupted for any reason and is replayed in full (with the clock starting from 00:00), this will be treated as an abandonment and entries the original fixture will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined prior to the initial interruption in fixture.
D. Divisional
For settlement purposes, in divisional markets the finishing position of teams at the end of the scheduled program of fixtures will determine placing. This includes league matches after a split (e.g., Top 6 Championship Round) where all points are carried forward. However, there will be no allowance for play-off matches or subsequent enquiries by the respective leagues. Entries will stand on any team which does not complete all its fixtures. Dead heat rules apply in the event of two or more teams tying in the standings (according to official competition rules).
The only exception to this is for South American leagues, where a playoff is played to determine the league winner when teams are tied 1st on points. In this case, we will deem the league winner to be the winner of the subsequent playoff.
In addition, the below rule applies to all forms of Divisional entries , unless otherwise stated:
⁃For leagues that do not complete the scheduled program of fixtures, we will settle entries relating to those markets as per the standings at the time the league finishes if the ruling authority declares that these positions stand.
- For leagues that are declared null and void by the relevant football authority, all entries relating to those markets will be voided apart from those which have already been determined.
E. Relegation
If a team is removed from the league before the season has started, then all entries submitted on that market will be made void, and a new relegation market will be opened.
F. Settlement of Winning Entries
Statistics provided by the Press Association (PA) will be used to settle markets. Where PA statistics are not provided or there is significant evidence that the PA statistics are incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support the settlement of winning entries.
Specific to Match, Team, and Player Statistics markets, settlement will be determined by Opta provided data; and according to their definitions of individual statistics.
In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, winning entries will be settled based on our own statistics.
Entries relating to a match or qualification are not affected if a team is subsequently disqualified from, or re-instated to, the competition.
If a specific series of fixtures (e.g., two-legged ties), stages or round (e.g., Group Phase), or a competition in its entirety is not completed for any reason, then where entries have been submitted on a market after the final completed relevant fixture, entries will be void.
G. E-Soccer
For any event where odds are offered on an electronic sports version of the sport, please refer to the rules for e-sports.
11.2. Markets
- First/Last Player to Score
Entries are accepted on 90 minutes play only.
Every effort will be made to quote first/last player to score odds for all possible participants. However, players not originally quoted will count as winners should they score the first/last goal. Entries (including Each-Way First Goal Scorer) for players not taking part in the match will be void as will entries for first player to score where the selection comes on after the first goal is scored or if the selection does not start and ‘Void if player does not start’ is selected at entry submission. All players that take part in a match will be considered runners for Last Player to Score markets, except for entries that are void on players where ‘Void if player does not start’ is selected at entry submission.
Each-Way First Goal Scorer – We pay at the terms indicated for unlimited places in 90 minutes play.
Subsequent enquiries by official bodies will not be considered for settlement purposes.

C. Match/Team/Player Statistics
Entries are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes play. In the event of abandonment before 90 minutes have been played then all entries will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined.
For Player Statistics markets specifically, entries will be void if the player does not start the match; or if you submit an entry on a player after they have left the field of play, and the selected player takes no further part in the match, then entries on that player will be void for this market.
Settlement of the following markets will be determined by Opta provided data; and according to their definitions of individual statistics as detailed below:
-
- Shots on target (Match/Team/Selected Player)
A shot on target is defined as any goal attempt that:
- Goes into the net regardless of intent – for Goals only;
- Is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net but for being stopped by a goalkeeper’s save; or
- Is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net but for being stopped by a defender who is the last man with the goalkeeper having no chance of preventing the goal (last line block).
Shots hitting the frame of the goal are not counted as shots on target unless the above criteria are met.
Shots blocked by another player, who is not the last man, are not counted as shots on target.
-
- Shots (Match /Team/Selected Player)
A shot is defined as any intentional goal attempt that:
- Goes into the net;
- Would have gone into the net but for being saved by the goalkeeper or stopped by an opposing player who is the last-man;

Entries for players not taking part in the match will be void as will entries for First Player to Score where the selection comes on after the first goal is scored. All players that have been on the field of play before the next goal is scored will be deemed runners.

M. 10-Minute Events

- Asian Corner Handicaps
Whole corner or half corner handicaps – At the end of the match the handicap is applied to the final corner count and the team with the most corners after adjusting for the handicap is deemed the winner for settlement purposes. If the number of corners for each team is equal after the handicap is applied, all entries will be void and stakes returned.
Quarter corner handicaps – As an example 0.5, 1 is a ¾ corner handicap, with your stake equally divided between half corner and whole corner.
Example: Arsenal v Man Utd, the Asian corner handicap is 0.5, 1 with Arsenal as the favorite:
- You submit an entry for Arsenal. You win if Arsenal get 2 or more corners than Man Utd’s corner count. If Arsenal gets exactly 1 more corner, half your stake wins and the other half is returned. Otherwise, your entire stake is lost.
- In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes have been played then all entries will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

- With a card line of a whole number, if the total number of cards in the match is the same as the card line, your stake is returned.
- Card line of 5.5, 6 – If you submit an entry for over, your stake is equally divided between over 5.5 cards and over 6 cards. Your entry wins if there are more than 6 cards in the match. If there are 6 cards exactly, half your stake wins and the other half is returned. Otherwise, your entire stake is lost. If you submit an entry for under, your stake is equally divided between under 5.5 cards and under 6 cards. Your entry wins if there are less than 6 cards in the match. If there are 6 cards exactly, half your stake is lost, and the other half is returned. Otherwise, your entire stake is lost.
Yellow card counts as 1, red card counts as 2. Second yellows are ignored for settlement purposes (e.g., maximum card count per player is 3).
Settlement will be made with reference to all available evidence to cards shown during the scheduled 90 minutes play. Any card shown after the full-time whistle has been blown will be disregarded.
Cards shown to non-players (e.g., managers, substitutes or substituted players who play no subsequent part in the game) do not count towards the total.

⁃With a corner line of a whole number, if the total number of corners is the same as the corner line, your stake is returned.
- Corner line of 8, 8.5 – If you submit an entry for over, your stake is equally divided between over 8 corners and over 8.5 corners. Your entry wins if there are more than 8 corners in the match. If there are 8 corners exactly, half your stake is lost, and the other half is returned. Otherwise, your entire stake is lost. If you submit an entry for under, your stake is equally divided between under 8 corners and under 8.5 corners. Your entry wins if there are less than 8 corners in the match. The time of the card will be settled on the minute the player was originally booked (e.g., a substitute on the bench is booked in the 30th minute and is later subbed on in the 60th minute, at which point the card will count towards the match total; the time of the card will be settled as a 30th minute booking).
For players booked between periods, the card will only count if the player makes an appearance in the following period of play (e.g., cards issued at Half Time will count towards the match total if the player makes an appearance for the 2nd half, with the time of the card being the 46th minute).
Cards received after the full-time whistle are not counted for regulation booking markets and will only count as an extra time booking if that player makes an appearance in extra time. Cards issued after the end of Extra Time (whether during a penalty shootout or not) will not count.
Both yellow and red cards count for this market.
In the event of a match being abandoned before 90 minutes have been played then all entries will be void unless the specific market outcome is already determined.
