THESE MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND AWARDING OF PRIZES WITH RESPECT TO THE MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES.

FOR THE RULES GOVERNING: (I) THE SWEEPS PICK’EM TOURNAMENT, PLEASE SEE THE PICK’EM TOURNAMENT OFFICIAL RULES LOCATED HERE; AND (II) ALL OTHER SWEEPSTAKES (WHICH ARE NOT MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES), PLEASE SEE THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES LOCATED HERE. 

These Mini Games Sweepstakes Official Rules (“Mini Games Official Rules”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your” or “user”) and Thrillzz Inc. and its affiliates (“Thrillzz”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The Mini Games Sweepstakes (as defined below) provided on the Site and App are offered and operated by Thrillzz Inc., using software developed by Geckos Games Ltd. The Mini Games Official Rules set forth the terms and conditions governing participation in all Mini Games Official Sweepstakes (as defined below). By agreeing to these Mini Games Official Rules and participating in a Mini Games Sweepstakes, you are confirming that you understand and accept these Mini Games Official Rules. To participate in a Mini Games Sweepstakes, you must maintain an active account with Thrillzz and agree to the Thrillzz Terms of Use (which incorporate these Mini Games Official Rules) and any Other Governing Agreement. These Mini Games Official Rules govern and control any Mini Games Sweepstakes offered on the Services and are considered part of the Terms of Use. For avoidance of doubt, these Mini Games Official Rules do not govern any Contests offered on the Services. You understand that resolution of each Mini Games Sweepstakes is determined by the applicable Games Rules. All capitalized terms and phrases not otherwise defined in these Mini Games Official Rules shall have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. In the event of a direct conflict or inconsistency between these Mini Games Official Rules, the Terms of Use, or Other Government Agreements, the Terms of Use shall prevail, followed by any Other Governing Agreements, followed by these Mini Games Official Rules.

THE MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR WHERE BONDING, REGISTRATION, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS WOULD BE REQUIRED BUT HAVE NOT BEEN MET, OR WHERE THE METHODS OF ENTRY SET FORTH BELOW WOULD BE DEEMED CONSIDERATION. PARTICIPATION IN A MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE MINI GAMES OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Sweepstakes

You may use a virtual currency referred to as “Thrillzz Sweeps” to enter into (i) the Buzzer Beater promotional sweepstakes mini game when played in Thrillzz Sweepstakes Promotional Mode; and (ii) any other promotional mini games when played in Thrillzz Sweepstakes Promotional Mode and which are not dependent on real life sports events or e-sports events ((i) and (ii) each a “ Mini Games Sweepstakes”), to win Prize Tickets. You may obtain Thrillzz Sweeps for free by submitting an Alternative Method Communication (as defined below), participating in challenges, and other promotions offered from time to time, incidental to the purchase of Thrillzz Coins, or, occasionally, for free through the Services in certain contexts.

You earn Prize Tickets when you win a Mini Games Sweepstakes. Prize Tickets can be redeemed for prizes of value or used to make purchases through the Services, including the purchase of Thrillzz Coins. PRIZE TICKETS CANNOT BE REDEEMED DIRECTLY FOR THRILLZZ SWEEPS OR USED TO ENTER ANY MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES, SWEEPSTAKES OR THE SWEEPS PICK’EM TOURNAMENT. Thrillzz Sweeps and Prize Tickets cannot be transferred to another player or sold.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win Mini Games Sweepstakes, and a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chance of winning.

2. Sponsor

Thrillzz is the sole sponsor of each Mini Games Sweepstakes. All Mini Games Sweepstakes are administered by Thrillzz.

APPLE AND GOOGLE ARE NOT SPONSORS OF, RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING, OR INVOLVED WITH THE MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY MANNER.

3. Eligibility

You hereby represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these Mini Games Official Rules and to abide by and comply with these Mini Games Official Rules and the Terms of Use.

An “Entrant” must be at least nineteen (19) years of age at the time they enter into a Mini Games Sweepstakes, and must be a natural person who is a legal resident of the United States who at the time of using the Services must not be physically located in any of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Ohio,  South Carolina, and Washington.

Employees and former employees (less than 3 years since cessation of employment) of Thrillzz, any of its respective affiliates, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Services and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at for least 3 months of the year) may only enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes for the purpose of testing the user experience, but may not redeem prizes or consideration in any form. Thrillzz consultants or promoters of the Services may enter Mini Games Sweepstakes without such limitation, but only if (i) their arrangement with Thrillzz does not permit them to have any access to the source code underlying the Services and (ii) they do not receive any other advantages in their participation in the Services. By entering into a Mini Games Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you are eligible.

Without limitation, League and Collegiate athletes, coaches and other team management, team support personnel (e.g., without limitation, team physicians) and team owners may not enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes. League and Collegiate team owners, referees, employees, commissioners, are likewise ineligible to enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes.

By entering a Mini Games Sweepstakes, you are further bound by the representations and warranties in Section 3 of the Terms of Use. The Mini Games Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of Entrant to determine whether the Mini Games Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Entrant is located at the time of the Mini Games Sweepstakes. Entrant’s entry into a Mini Games Sweepstakes must be for the sole and specific purposes of recreation and entertainment only. An Entrant may not enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes for other purposes (including, but not limited to, professional purposes) and may not use systematic methods to enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes. Thrillzz shall be entitled to suspend, limit or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are entering a Mini Games Sweepstakes in a manner that does not comport with these Mini Games Official Rules. In such circumstances, we may also report such activity to relevant authorities.

If you do not meet the eligibility requirements of this section, then you are not permitted to enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes. If Thrillzz otherwise determines, in our sole discretion, that you do not meet or have otherwise violated the eligibility requirements of this section, in addition to any rights that Thrillzz may have in law or equity, Thrillzz reserves the right to terminate your account, withhold or revoke the awarding of any prizes associated with your account or limit your ability to redeem or otherwise claim prizes and awards. Thrillzz also reserves the right to withhold revoked prizes to use in furtherance of its fraud prevention or anti-money laundering efforts.

Thrillzz reserves the right to verify an Entrant’s eligibility or to adjudicate on any dispute at any time before, during, or after the Mini Games Sweepstakes. If you provide any false information relating to the Mini Games Sweepstakes concerning your identity, residency, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership or right, or information required for participating in the Mini Games Sweepstakes, you may be immediately disqualified from the Mini Games Sweepstakes in Thrillzz’s sole discretion.

4. Participating in a Sweepstakes

4.1 Active Account. To enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes, an Entrant must create and maintain an account on the Services. Creation of an account is free and no purchase is ever required. You may create an account free of charge by downloading or accessing the Services which may be available through Thrillzz’s Site or Apps. To enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes, an Entrant must access the Services and sign in.

4.2 Thrillzz Sweeps. An Entrant must use Thrillzz Sweeps to enter a Mini Games Sweepstakes. Thrillzz Coins, Prize Tickets, and other Currencies will not secure you an entry into a Mini Games Sweepstakes. An individual may obtain Thrillzz Sweeps through a variety of methods (detailed above in Section 1). Thrillzz Sweeps cannot be transferred to another, sold, or otherwise converted directly into something of value. The minimum and maximum amount of Thrillzz Sweeps which can be used on each round of the Mini Games Sweepstakes can be located in the applicable Game Rules.

4.3 Alternative Method Communication. An individual may obtain Thrillzz Sweeps by sending a standard index card or piece of paper, which must be 4” x 6 “ unfolded and blank, written in BLUE INK and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope in handwriting, to the following address Suite 100 & 200, 3401 Mallory Lane, Franklin, TN 37067, USA (“Alternative Method Communication”) including (i) your first and last name, (ii) Thrillzz username, (iii) email address associated with your Thrillzz account, (iv) mailing address on the envelope together with the words “Thrillzz Sweeps Promotion “ and (v) the statement “I wish to receive a Thrillzz Sweep to participate in a Thrillzz Sweepstakes. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Thrillzz’s terms which govern the use of Thrillzz’s Services.”

There is a limit of one request per Alternative Method Communication. For each Alternative Method Communication an individual submits, they will receive a set number of Thrillzz Sweeps. Currently, Thrillzz provides 2 Sweeps for each Alternative Method Communication, but this is subject to change in Thrillzz’s sole discretion.

4.4 Selecting a Mini Games Sweepstakes. Within the Services, navigate to the Mini Games Sweepstakes section, select the Mini Games Sweepstakes you want to enter, and choose the number of Thrillzz Sweeps you want to use to enter that Mini Games Sweepstakes (prizes offered will vary based on the number of Thrillzz Sweeps used to enter as disclosed in the applicable Games Rules).

The resolution of the Mini Games Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable Games Rules.

The maximum number of Prize Tickets you are eligible to win in each round of the Mini Games Sweepstakes will be displayed in the applicable Games Rules. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THE MINI GAMES DISPLAY THAT YOU HAVE WON IN ANY ROUND MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRIZE TICKETS WHICH YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO WIN AS CONTAINED IN THE APPLICABLE GAME RULES, THE NUMBER OF PRIZE TICKETS THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO WIN SHALL BE CAPPED AT THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRIZE TICKETS AS CONTAINED IN THE APPLICABLE GAME RULES.

4.5 Verification. An Entrant may be required to successfully complete a know-your-customer verification process (“KYC Process”) facilitated by Thrillzz or its vendor to validate eligibility at various stages, which may include (i) granting of Thrillzz Sweeps, or (ii) redeeming or using Prize Tickets for cash. The KYC Process may include, but may not be limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and validation of social security number. Your provision of such information is governed by Thrillzz Privacy Policy and our vendor’s privacy policies, which you should review.

Tentative prize winners must comply with these Mini Game Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In addition to the KYC Process, a tentative winner may be required to prove their identity and age and sign and return to Thrillzz, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release (except where prohibited), appropriate tax forms, or other documentation in order to claim or redeem the prize (if applicable). If a tentative winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, or cannot be verified in a timely manner, they may be disqualified, in which case they forfeit and have no right to the prize.

Subject to verification of validity, eligibility, and compliance with the terms of these Mini Game Official Rules and the Terms of Use, an Entrant who wins a Mini Games Sweepstakes will be declared a winner, and the appropriate number of Prize Tickets will automatically be made available in the Entrant’s account.

THE DECISIONS OF THRILLZZ ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF PRIZE TICKETS OR ANY OTHER PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SERVICES INDICATE THEY ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE PRIZE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE ENTRANT’S ACCOUNT. THRILLZZ WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.

4.6 Prize Tickets. Prize Tickets are only redeemable or otherwise usable through the Services. Prize Tickets can be redeemed through the Services for prizes of value or used to make purchases through the Services, including the purchase of Thrillzz Coins. PRIZE TICKETS CANNOT BE REDEEMED DIRECTLY FOR THRILLZZ SWEEPS OR USED TO ENTER ANY MINI GAMES SWEEPSTAKES OR THE SWEEPS PICK’EM TOURNAMENT DIRECTLY. Thrillzz Sweeps and Prize Tickets cannot be transferred to another player or sold. Thrillzz reserves the right to charge handling and/or payment processing fees for processing the redemption of Prize Tickets. Prize Tickets are non-transferable.

You agree that we are entitled to conduct any identification, credit and other verification checks that we may reasonably require which includes without limitation verifying your redemption through SMS and/or that are required of us under applicable laws and regulations or by relevant regulatory authorities in order to permit the redemption or use of Prize Tickets. Until all required verification checks are completed to our satisfaction, any request you have made for redemption or use of Prize Tickets will remain pending and Thrillzz is entitled to restrict your account in any manner that we may reasonably deem appropriate, including by suspending or deactivating your account.

No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted, except by the Thrillzz, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value if Prize Tickets cannot be awarded as stated.

Each Entrant will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein. Each Entrant is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with their receipt and use of Prize Tickets. Thrillzz will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of the Thrillzz’s jurisdiction, and, if so required, or if so requested by Thrillzz, the Entrant must provide accurate information to Thrillzz to allow Thrillzz to comply with tax regulations and share with appropriate tax authorities. In the event that the awarding of any prizes to winners of a Mini Games Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal authority, Thrillzz reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether or not to award or adjust such prizes. In all disputes arising out of the determination of the winner of a Mini Games Sweepstakes, Thrillzz is the sole judge, and its actions are final and binding.

Thrillzz or its vendors will carry out additional verification procedures for any single or cumulative prizes earned by a single entrant in one or multiple Mini Games Sweepstakes valued at $600 or more, and Thrillzz reserve the right to carry out such additional verification procedures in the case of a request to redeem or use any amount of Prize Tickets. Additional verification procedures may, for example, include requests for and examination of copies of your identification documentation (including photo identification) such as social security number, passport and proof of your address such as a utility bill.

Where any identification, credit or other verification check we require cannot be completed to our or our vendor’s satisfaction because you have not provided any document we request from you in the form that we require within 30 days of the date the document was first requested, the redemption request may be disqualified and deemed null and void. In addition, Thrillzz shall be under no obligation to continue with the verification check and may in our sole discretion deactivate your account.

You acknowledge and agree that in some circumstances it may take up to 60 days to process the payment of any redeemed Prize Tickets to you. We make our best efforts to process requests within the quoted amount of time but do not guarantee processing times for Prize Tickets, particularly for single or cumulative prizes valued at $600 or more.

In the event you are located or registered in the State of New York or the State of Florida, a cap of 5,000 United States Dollars will apply to any Prize Tickets won on any one prediction, placement, play, or equivalent.

If we mistakenly credit your account with Prize Tickets that do not belong to you, whether due to any error whether a technical error or human error, any defect, malfunction, bug, virus or otherwise, the amount will remain property of Thrillzz and may be deducted from your account or otherwise charged to you. If you have been issued a prize that does not belong to you, the value of the mistakenly issued prize will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us. In the event of an incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify Thrillzz by support@thrillzz.com Thrillzz reserves the right to deduct Thrillzz Sweeps or Prize Tickets from your account or otherwise charge or adjust your account to correct errors.

It is the responsibility of the Entrant to retain copies of transaction records and these Mini Games Official Rules as they are updated from time to time.

4.7 Minimum Withdrawal Redemption. THRILLZZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SET A MINIMUM THRESHOLD FOR REDEMPTION OF PRIZE TICKETS. CURRENTLY, THE MINIMUM THRESHOLD FOR REDEMPTION FOR CASH IS 50 PRIZE TICKETS. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO REDEEM PRIZE TICKETS BELOW THAT MINIMUM THRESHOLD FOR CASH, BUT YOU CAN USE ANY AMOUNT OF PRIZE TICKETS FOR PURCHASES THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF THRILLZZ COINS.

4.8 Maximum Per Day Redemption. THRILLZZ RESERVES THE RIGHT, TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PRIZE TICKETS YOU CAN REDEEM PER DAY AND THE NUMBER OF TIMES YOU CAN INITIATE A PRIZE TICKET REDEMPTION PER DAY.

CURRENTLY, THE MAXIMUM PER DAY REDEMPTION FOR CASH IS 1,000 PRIZE TICKETS. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO REDEEM A GREATER NUMBER OF PRIZE TICKETS IN A SINGLE CALENDAR DAY, BUT YOU CAN USE ANY AMOUNT OF PRIZE TICKETS FOR PURCHASES THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING THE PURCHASE OF THRILLZZ COINS.

CURRENTLY, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PRIZE TICKET REDEMPTIONS YOU CAN INITIATE PER DAY IS 1. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO INITIATE MORE THAN ONE PRIZE TICKET REDEMPTION IN A SINGLE CALENDAR DAY, BUT THERE IS NO LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF PURCHASES YOU CAN MAKE PER DAY THROUGH THE SERVICES USING PRIZE TICKETS.

4.9 Additional Considerations for Mini Games Sweepstakes Participation. Thrillzz shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, and shall not have any obligation to advise you of an incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable submission. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. All entries become the exclusive property of Thrillzz and will not be returned.

Use of any automated or other systems to acquire Thrillzz Sweeps or participate in Mini Games Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility among other consequences. Interfering or otherwise tampering with the entry process or the operation of a Mini Games Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate Alternative Method Communications, is prohibited and any Thrillzz Sweeps or entries deemed by Thrillzz, in its sole discretion, to have been obtained or used in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Alternative Method Communication cannot be resolved to Thrillzz’s satisfaction, the affected Thrillzz Sweeps and entries will be deemed ineligible, in the sole discretion of Thrillzz.

The Company reserves the right to amend the Games Rules at any time and without notice to you, which includes without limitation the maximum number of Prize Tickets you are eligible to win in each round of the Mini Games Sweepstakes, the minimum and maximum amount of Thrillzz Sweeps which can be used each round and the Return “Return To Player”.

It is an Entrant’s responsibility to check and confirm the applicable Game Rules and prizes available on each occasion before they participate.

5. Where You Can Find the Games Rules and Odds of Winning

The Games Rules which apply to the applicable Mini Games Sweepstakes will appear in a pop up screen when you select such Mini Games Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning will vary for each Mini Games Sweepstakes and will be published by the Thrillzz visible to all participants through the applicable Games Rules.

The Entrant will choose a Mini Games Sweepstakes, use Thrillzz Sweeps to enter, and their win expectancy (odds of winning a prize) will be found in the “Return To Player” section in the applicable Games Rules.

6. Expiration of Accounts and Currencies

AS DETAILED IN THE TERMS OF USE, THRILLZZ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXPIRE ACCOUNTS AND ALL CURRENCIES ASSOCIATED WITH AN ACCOUNT FOR INACTIVITY. CURRENTLY, IF YOUR THRILLZZ ACCOUNT HAS NO ACTIVITY (INCLUDING FAILING TO LOGIN OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SITE OR APPS IN DIRECT ASSOCIATION WITH YOUR ACCOUNT) FOR SIX (6) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DEEMED “INACTIVE.” ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT BECOMES “INACTIVE,” WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL CURRENCIES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACCOUNT. WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND TO YOU FOR ANY PURCHASED THRILLZZ COINS OR OTHERWISE PROVIDE YOU WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE FOR CURRENCIES.

HOWEVER, IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED FOR BECOMING “INACTIVE” AND AT SUCH POINT OF TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT: (I) YOU HAVE SELF-EXCLUDED PERMENANTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL GAMEPLAY POLICY; AND (II) YOU HAVE IN YOUR ACCOUNT PRIZE TICKETS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN REDEEMED, YOU SHALL HAVE 21 DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED TO  REDEEM THE PRIZE TICKETS IN YOUR ACCOUNT. THE MINIMUM THRESHOLD FOR REDEMPTION IN SECTION 4.7 AND THE MAXIMUM PER DAY REDEMPTION IN SECTION 4.8 SHALL NOT APPLY. 7. Winners’ List

For a list of winners for a given Mini Games Sweepstakes, you may submit a request within a year of that date, by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope stating “I am formally requesting the list of Thrillzz Mini Games Sweepstakes winners from the following Mini Games sweepstakes” along with the month, day, and year of the date, entry fee, and prize offered to:

8. No Third Party Sponsor

By entering a Mini Games Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, you consent to Thrillzz’s and its service providers’ and business partners’ use of your name, username, voice, likeness, image, location, age, photograph or video in connection with the development, production, distribution and/or exploitation (including marketing and promotion) of the relevant Sweepstakes and/or Thrillzz’s future offerings and Thrillzz generally, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Thrillzz and its business partners reserve the right to make public statements about you, on-air, on the Internet, or otherwise, prior to, during, or following the Mini Games Sweepstakes. You agree that Thrillzz may announce your name on-air or on any of its websites or any other location at any time in connection with the marketing and promotion of Thrillzz or other offerings operated by Thrillzz. You agree that participation in and (where applicable) the winning of a prize in connection with a Mini Games Sweepstakes constitute complete compensation for your obligations under this paragraph, and you agree not to seek to charge a fee or impose other conditions on the fulfillment of these obligations. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING YOUR NAME ON A WINNERS’ LIST.

10. Representations and Warranties

Entrant represents and warrants to Thrillzz that Entrant is at least 19 years of age, and has full right, power, and authority to enter into these Mini Games Official Rules and grant the rights granted hereunder. Entrant further represents and warrants to Thrillzz that Entrant is providing only true and correct statements and other information in connection with these Mini Games Official Rules.

11. Additional Terms and Conditions

The decisions made by Thrillzz  regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, selection, prizes and compliance with these Mini Game Official Rules and the Terms of Use are final and binding. Thrillzz reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these Mini Game Official Rules to ensure the fairness of competition and in response to unanticipated developments such as technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, and changes in applicable law.
