Fantazzy House Rules

General

Fantasy Contests are provided in various formats, allowing you to select lineups consisting from two selections up to six selections (from any sport). Each lineup you select must include selections from a minimum of two different teams. In a lineup, you must not select all selections from a single team. Your lineup does not need to include a certain number of selections with specific positions in their sport. You can select as few or as many selections as the lineup allows. There is no salary cap.

In each Fantasy Contest, you will be required to predict whether each selection in your lineup will accumulate more or less than the projected total of (as applicable): (i) fantasy points; (ii) a single statistical measure of performance (e.g., home runs); or (iii) multiple statistical measures of performance (e.g., home runs + RBIs + stolen bases). This will be made available to you prior to your entry into a Fantasy Contest.

Each Fantasy Contest must have a minimum of at least two participants and a maximum number of participants as detailed through Fantasy Services.

Once you have submitted your lineup we will match your lineup against those from other end users based on: (i) the number of selections in a lineup; (ii) when you submit the lineup; and (iii) when the final event ends with respect to the Fantasy Contest. If we are unbale to match your lineup with at least one other lineup, we will cancel your submitted lineup and if you have paid an entry fee we will return the entry fee to your account.

We reserve the right to void, change, or remove any projection or selection at our sole discretion.

The Fantasy Contests provided on the Site and App are offered and operated by Thrillzz Inc., using software developed by Geckos Games Ltd.

Prizes

When you have paid an entry fee to participate in a Fantasy Contest and there are also other participants who have entered the Fantasy Contest who have not paid an entry fee you have two ways to win. Please see Section A below (Prize Pool), Section B below (Guaranteed Payout) and Section C below (What Happens if You Are Eligible to Receive the Guaranteed Payout and You are Eligible to Win or Share in a Prize Pool).

Where you have paid an entry fee to participate in a Fantasy Contest and there are only participants who have paid an entry fee in such Fantasy Contest (i.e. there are no participants who have not paid to enter such Fantasy Contest), you can only win through the Prize Pool. Please see Section A below (Prize Pool).

The prize awarded does not include the entry fee (if you have paid such).

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE LEFT WITH ONE SELECTION OR NO SELECTIONS IN YOUR LINEUP OR YOU ARE LEFT WITH SELECTIONS ENTIRELY FROM ONE TEAM (FOR EXAMPLE AS A RESULT OF DNP’S, VOIDED SELECTIONS OR TIED PROJECTIONS), WE WILL CANCEL YOUR LINEUP AND IF YOU HAVE PAID AN ENTRY FEE WE WILL RETURN THE ENTRY FEE TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

Prize Pool

If all your selections in the lineup which you submitted are correct, you will be eligible to win a fixed Prize Pool amount which is set and provided by us with respect to the relevant Fantasy Contest. If more than one participant in a Fantasy Contest submits a lineup where all of the selections in such lineup are correct (including without limitation those who have not paid an entry fee to participate in the Fantasy Contest) the Prize Pool will be split equally between such participants. By way of example only, if there are ten participants in a Fantasy Contest, where the lineups contain four selections and the Prize Pool is 100 USD, and four participants have all four selections correct, such participants shall share the prize pool equally and receive 25 USD each.

In the event that no participant in the Fantasy Contes has all of his/her selections in the lineup correct, the participant with the highest score shall be eligible to receive the Prize Pool. However, if more than one participant has the same exact highest score in a Fantasy Contest (including without limitation those who have not paid an entry fee to participate in the Fantasy Contest) the Prize Pool will be split equally between such participants. By way of example only, if there are ten participants in a Fantasy Contest, where the lineups contain four selections and the Prize Pool is 100 USD, and four participants have the same exact score (and finishing joint first), such participants shall share the Prize Pool equally and receive 25 USD each.

Points scoring is calculated as follows:

Guaranteed Payout

In a Fantasy Contest there can be more than one winning lineup.

The more selections you add to your lineup the more you stand to win through the Guaranteed Payout. The standard payout rate* for the Guaranteed Payout can be found in the table below (subject to Section 4 below):

* Some lineups may receive a Guaranteed Payout that differs from the standard payout rates listed in the table above. The specific payout rate applicable to your lineup, is provided to you prior to your submission of the lineup.

In addition to the above, we reserve the right to DNP, change, or remove any projection at our sole discretion.

What Happens if You Are Eligible to Receive the Guaranteed Payout and You are Eligible to Win or Share in a Prize Pool

IF YOUR LINEUP WITH RESPECT TO A FANTASY CONTEST QUALIFIES FOR BOTH THE GUARANTEED AMOUNT AND PRIZE POOL PAYOUTS DETAILED ABOVE, YOU WILL RECEIVE WHICHEVER AMOUNT IS HIGHER BETWEEN THE TWO. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE BOTH. PAYOUTS DO NOT ACCUMULATE.

Free-Entry Fantasy Contests

For the Free-Entry Fantasy Contests we will only qualify to win the Prize Pool detailed in Section 2 A above.

Did Not Play also known as DNP, Voided Selection and Tied Projections

At our discretion: (i) a selection that you have made in your lineup may be designated by us as “Did Not Play” or “DNP”; or (ii) we may void a selection. In addition, if your selection equals his/her stat projection as provided by us, this will be considered a Tied Projection.

Prize Pool: A selection that DNP, is voided or is a Tied Projection is not deemed by us to be a correct pick, however such selection will still earn 0.5 points which will apply to your total score in the Fantasy Contest. Please see Section 2 A, above.

Guaranteed Payout: Your lineup will still be eligible for a Guaranteed Payout even if it has a selection that DNPd, is voided or is a Tied Projection, however with respect to the Guaranteed Payout, your payout multiplier will be reduced to the next level down. Keep in mind the payout depends on how many correct selections your lineup has, so each selection which DNP, is voided or is a Tied Projection will cause your payout to revert down by one level.

In such case the selections in your lineup which you have made will be automatically adjusted by us:

6 selections will automatically be amended to 5 selections

5 selections will automatically be amended to 4 selections

4 selections will automatically be amended to 3 selections

3 selections will automatically be amended to 2 selections

2 selections, we will not amend this to one selection, we will cancel your lineup and refund you your entry fee (if you have paid one).

With respect to the Guaranteed Payout and your payout multiplier,. Section 2 B above shall apply to the number of selections you are left with (including without limitation *) other than if we have canceled your lineup.

DNP

A selection in a lineup may be deemed by us as a DNP for any reason including without limitation if, the selection fails to participate in the scheduled event for any reason. For example:

College Football – The player does not play a snap
College Basketball – The player plays zero minutes
MLB Pitcher – A pitcher does not throw a pitch
MLB Hitter – A hitter is not in the starting lineup or does not record a plate appearance (e.g. a player who did not start but made a plate appearance would still be DNP)
NBA – The player plays zero minutes
NHL – The player has zero time on ice
NFL- The player does not play a snap
PGA – A player does not complete all 18 holes in a round
Soccer – The player does not start the match
Tennis- The player does not start the match
UFC – A fight is declared a No Contest by the governing body

The “Last 5 Games” statistics displayed are provided for your convenience and general reference only. These figures are sourced from a third-party data provider and are not intended to serve as official or authoritative statistics. Aas a result we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this data.

In certain instances, scoring corrections may be applied to a lineup’s final score that are not yet reflected in the “Last 5 Games” graph. In the event of any discrepancy between the statistics and official box scores, the official box score shall prevail. We will not adjust projections or designate players as “Did Not Play” based solely on inaccuracies in the “Last 5 Games” data.

Voided Selections

A selection in a lineup may be deemed by us void for any reason including without limitation if the event that any selection is to participate in is canceled prior to its start time.

If an event is abandoned after commencement—due to injury, adverse weather conditions, crowd disturbances, or similar circumstances—any Fantasy Contests that have already been settled prior to the time of abandonment will remain valid.

A Fantasy Contest shall remain valid as long as it continues to meet the entry requirements, regardless of whether one or more events within the Fantasy Contest are subsequently voided.

Events or competitions that are postponed or rescheduled to a time or date more than 48 hours beyond the originally scheduled start time (as determined by the governing body) may be declared void. Exceptions to this rule include:

Events for which the official start time had not been confirmed by the governing body at the time of Fantasy Contest entry.
Events rescheduled due to broadcasting conflicts, weather, or other logistical reasons, provided they are still set to occur within the same matchday, game week, or round (as applicable), and the rescheduling does not alter the official fixture order for any participant.
Events that are part of larger, multi-day competitions.

PLEASE NOTE: IF THERE ARE ANY TECHNICAL OR SYSTEM PROBLEMS, ERRORS (WHETHER HUMAN OR TECHNICAL) OR ANY SYSTEM FAILURE, THAT RESULTS IN AN ERROR, SECTION 5 (ERRORS) BELOW SHALL APPLY AND NOT THIS SECTION 4

Errors

In the event of any technical or system problems, errors (whether human or technical) or any system failure, that results in an error in any:

If Thrillzz accepts an entry on a market where the incorrect teams are listed and/or listed in the incorrect order (i.e., Home Team listed as Away) Thrillzz reserves the right to void such entries, regardless of the outcome of the event and will seek to place all parties directly affected by any such error in the position they were in before the error occurred.

Leaderboard

We may make available to you with respect to a Fantasy Contest a leaderboard, which shows how many points each participant in the Fantasy Contest has accumulated and is provided on a dynamic basis. The leaderboard is solely provided to you as a courtesy only. Furthermore, the leaderboard is provided to you on an “as-is basis” and we expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind pertaining to the leaderboard and the information contained therein, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right at any time amend any leaderboard at our discretion.
